Our mission is to place qualified older adults in gainful employment which is mutually beneficial to both the person and the employer.

MISSION PRINCIPLES

• We advocate to increase community awareness to the amount of talent available among older worker resource.
• We assist the community to benefit from the valuable older worker resource.
• We counsel and assist older adults in their job search.
• We expand inter-agency cooperation for job placement.
• We involve volunteers in finding jobs for older adults.

FOUNDING VALUES

• We serve persons 50 and above
• We serve displaced older workers.
• We serve persons on social security and/ or pensions who need to supplement their incomes.
• We serve retired persons who are looking for other employment opportunities from all socioeconomic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
